The Texas BUC$ Annual Conference will be held October 12 - 15th, 2008 in Austin at the Austin Airport Hotel.
Registration Information
Registration cost is $425 and includes breakfast and lunches plus two evening events on Sunday and Monday night. A block of rooms has been reserved for $99/night* which is good through September 26th. After September 26, rates will be $169.95 and based on availability. Requests for refunds will be honored only if notification of cancellation is received in writing (fax or e-mail) prior to 60 days before the beginning of the conference. Cancellation by telephone is not sufficient. Registrants who fail to cancel will not be refunded their registration fee. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. No refund will be honored after the conference. Substitutions may be made if registrant cannot attend.
We are also giving away an iPod to one lucky early registrant with a hotel reservation.

Dress Code: Texas BUC$ wanted you to be comfortable this year and wanted to extend the invitation to dress casual during the conference.

I wanted to congratulate you on a tremendous conference! It was undoubtedly one of the best conferences I’ve been to. The board members were all great, the sessions were informative and the activities were fun. It was well worth the trip. Furthermore as a vendor, I felt the conference was structured well to direct traffic to our booths and the activities helped facilitate conversations. We left the event with several leads and look forward to participating again in the future. I was great meeting you and who knows we may end up working together after implementation. J
